Daycare Assistant and Amy's Training Assistant

Hi my name is Kayan, I am the newest member of the ABT Team of Dog Staff. I was found by the RSPCA and as they had limited space over Easter they asked the AMRA (Alaskan Malamute Rescue Aid) to help out. They were short of Foster carer’s so Amy offered to look after me for awhile to help out but just couldn’t resist my charming ways and awesome personality so she adopted me and I stayed and joined the ABT Team. Amy think’s I was a lucky find but the truth is I was meant for this job so I chose her (don’t tell her she thinks she chose me!). I am 2 years old in 2014 so still young and full of energy and ready and able to take on my new role at ABT. I have already started working and my main role at ABT will be helping dogs that need a bit of extra help and support learning how to communicate with other dogs and I’m also working on helping Koda to keep that young Mavro kid in line! I am loving my new home and work life it is so much fun and it keeps me busy living with 2 other dogs and working most days. I have a very strong personality and love to have a purpose so this place suits me perfectly, I love socializing but I also know how to keep young dogs in line and help scared dogs feel safe and yes I can be a bit strong-willed sometimes. I am a Husky Samoyed cross. Hopefully soon they’ll teach me some cool tricks like the other dogs do so I can show of my skills at some of these awesome ABT events.
